EARLY-BIRD PRICES

The discounted rates shown below are early-bird prices and are available until 1st July 2026.

After this date, rates will increase, so make sure you book soon!

PURCHASING IN INDIAN RUPEES

For individuals and companies based in India, if you would prefer to pay in Indian Rupees, please select "Pay by bank transfer in Indian Rupees (Indian attendees only)" on the checkout page. Please note the payment instructions given to pay our local partner in India, 4P Events.

Confirmation will be in GBP, but transfers to 4P Events should only be made in Indian Rupees, at the rate mentioned above in the ticket description.

All other attendees are requested to pay by credit/debit card in British Pounds.
 

VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIA

All overseas delegates should check India's visa requirements and apply well in advance. Once tickets are purchased, the GRCA can provide letters of invitation where required.

Most attendees are able to apply for an e-visa. More information is available here
