Situated on the site of a contaminated former gasworks, Berkeley Homes will create, over a 25-year period, an extraordinary community made up of five neighbourhoods, three parks and thousands of homes.

GRCA Full Member GRC UK supplied plain GRC panels and optical illusion ‘gasholder’ to Berkeley Homes West Thames Ltd to create the marketing suite for this incredible new development, and GRCA Member Smart Crosby International Ltd were the GRC Consulting Engineers. Whilst the ‘gasholder’ panels give the appearance of being curved, they are in fact flat.

GRC was chosen for its lightweight characteristic’s along with the textures that GRC as a product would provide.
