The 101 Cleveland Street development is GRCA Full Member GRC UK's first project working for the McLaren Group. Scheduled to be completed overall in 2021, it will create 88 luxury apartments, 35,000sqft of commercial space and 15 affordable housing units.

Glass Reinforced Concrete UK Ltd (GRC UK) are responsible for the manufacture of 3,400m² of GRC window surrounds and copings for this stunning new addition to the London residential market, and GRCA Member Smart Crosby International were the GRC Consulting Engineers.

This project is another example of GRC UK's ‘one team ethos’, the GRC panels are being manufactured at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Harworth, with on-site installation being undertaken by GRC UK's sister company Vetter UK Ltd, and their team of directly employed operatives.

GRC UK's challenge was to provide small cross sections of GRC with complex constraints around the window openings.
